It is not just the weather, Lisbon’s public gardens are filled with lush tropical foliage. There are many good restaurants, pubs, bars playing “bossa nova” and serving all types of drinks during night and day.
The transportation options are flexible. Every expat knows about the little yellow street cars. But the best way to get around is with the city trams.
