Sindelfingen is a German town near Stuttgart on the upper reaches of the Schwippe (a tributary of the Würm), which is home to a Mercedes-Benz assembly plant.
Neighboring towns: Böblingen (adjacent), Stuttgart (15 km) & Leonberg. The highest point is 531 meters above sea level and to the north is the Glemswald (nature reserve), which is one of the largest places in Germany with around 61,311 inhabitants.
