Then read on, as we are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our clients' team in Lisbon and work with high-value customers to enhance their digital marketing strategies. 

Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions and strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword pack creation, bid adjustments, and budget recommendations.
• Develop expertise across Google products, using advanced optimization techniques for the Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube.
• Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights for customers.
• Provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success.

Requirements

• Perfect fluency in German (C2 or Native) and professional English (B2 at least)
• At least 12 months of experience in ad optimization.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (preferred) or experience with other platforms such as Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Great technical skills 
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal and work on-site
