Job Title: Dutch-speaking Team Manager

Location: On-site in Rabat, Morocco

Job Type: Long-term Open Contract (CDI)

Salary: 15,000 - 16,000 MAD per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dutch Team Manager to join our team in Rabat. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and maintaining high service quality standards. This role involves managing daily operations, coaching team members, handling escalations, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee and support a team, ensuring performance goals are met.
• Customer Assistance: Guide customers in navigating online platforms, reporting lost/stolen cards, and retrieving lost PIN codes.
• Performance Management: Monitor and improve team productivity, conduct performance reviews, and implement strategies for efficiency.
• Coaching & Development: Provide training, feedback, and support to enhance team capabilities.
• Operational Oversight: Manage schedules, ensure smooth daily operations, and address escalated issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• Diploma required for foreign candidates (no specific work experience needed in customer support).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
