We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide outstanding support in the hospitality industry. The role involves handling inbound calls from German-speaking customers, assisting with reservations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. A sales-oriented mindset is highly valued, as closing bookings will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and provide top-quality customer support in German.
Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions.
Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings.
Upgrade bookings from customers.
What We Offer
Permanent contract (39 hours/week) after a 2-month probation period.
Competitive salary of €1,791.66 gross per month.
€1,500 sign-on bonus.
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (08:00 - 22:00), including alternate weekends.

Relocation Support
For candidates who are not currently residing in Málaga but are willing to relocate, we offer a relocation assistance package to ease the transition:
Travel Reimbursement: Up to €200 for transfer expenses (train, flight, etc.)
Financial Assistance for Housing: Between €300-€400 per month (gross), included in the payroll during the first three months in Spain.
Who We Are Looking For
Native or fluent German speaker + fluent English skills.
Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Málaga.
