What you will do in this role

As a Partner Support Representative, you will:

  • Provide basic SEO optimization recommendations, keyword gap analysis & partner onsite search recommendations
  • Conduct content auditing—1st pass review of online audit results, quality checks & feedback to audit agencies as required
  • Highlight key gaps on partner sites and share partner-level optimization reports
  • Share content best practices & provide training to partners
  • Support syndication partner onboarding processes
  • Identify bugs, content gaps, delivery delays & provide feedback to internal teams
  • Monitor execution of retail toolkit & drive timely NPI execution
  • Provide 1st line support for content queries
  • Perform local language translation checks on content and keywords
  • Track improvements and optimizations, providing ROI estimations
  • Map the current landscape for ratings & reviews and share best practices
  • Review partner KPI dashboards, analyze performance & provide optimization recommendations
  • Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution
  • Track overall digital business plan execution as requested

The ideal candidate:

  • Is proficient or bilingual in German and advanced in English
  • Has good IT knowledge, preferably in storage environments
  • Holds a university degree in marketing, eCommerce, or business administration (other degrees will be considered)
  • Has at least one year of experience in online sales and/or digital content management
  • Possesses excellent negotiation, management, and communication skills (verbal & written), including strong presentation skills
  • Has good computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.)
  • Is driven to achieve goals using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time management

 

In this role, you’ll benefit from:

  • Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week)
    • Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
  • Competitive salary: €21,500 gross/year + up to €3,500 gross/year in bonuses
