What will you do?
Provide concierge support for a pre-defined list of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
Deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long-term partner relationships
Define and execute a consistent outreach strategy across multiple channels
Focus on Microsoft cloud platform solutions aligned to the ISV Success Program
Collect and articulate customer feedback as the “Voice of Partner”
Position competitive offerings based on customer needs
Candidate profile
Bilingual or proficient in German plus fluent English
1–2 years of experience in IT sales, sales account management, or customer management
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
Advantageous: Experience with or selling Microsoft solutions (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)
Microsoft Fundamentals certifications are a plus
