What you will do in this role

As an Engagement Manager on their team, you will:

  • Provide concierge support for a pre-defined list of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) developing, publishing, and growing sales of applications built on Microsoft cloud platforms as part of the Digital Sales ISV Success Program.
  • Be the first contact point, deliver a strong first impression, and set the foundation for long-term partner relationships.
  • Define a reason-for-call talk track designed for consistent, repeatable execution.
  • Focus on product/offerings specific to the target audience.
  • Execute on a structured multi-channel (call, email, social) outreach cadence.
  • Obsess over Microsoft’s customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience.
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business as the “Voice of Partner.”

 

 

Our client is a great match if you:

  • Are bilingual or proficient in German plus fluent in English.
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or experience in sales account management or customer management.
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

It would be a plus if you:

  • Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
  • Have Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or BizApps.
