What will you do?

Manage and mentor a team of team leaders to ensure outstanding customer service

Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring they are consistently met

Monitor and optimize team performance, providing feedback and actionable strategies

Drive continuous service improvements and implement effective operational solutions

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance service delivery

Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to guide improvements

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners

Implement training programs to upskill teams and improve service standards

Report on performance metrics, ensuring accountability and transparency
Candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

At least 5 years of service delivery management experience within telecommunications

Proven leadership skills and experience managing operational teams

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Fluency in both English and Dutch
