What will you do?

  • Manage and mentor a team of team leaders to ensure outstanding customer service

  • Oversee service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring they are consistently met

  • Monitor and optimize team performance, providing feedback and actionable strategies

  • Drive continuous service improvements and implement effective operational solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance service delivery

  • Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to guide improvements

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners

  • Implement training programs to upskill teams and improve service standards

  • Report on performance metrics, ensuring accountability and transparency

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • At least 5 years of service delivery management experience within telecommunications

  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing operational teams

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

  • Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch
