As a Customer Service Specialist in this banking project, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding support to our bank customers via phone and email on various financial topics.
  • Delivering accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by following established procedures.
  • Resolving customer inquiries to ensure timely solutions and responses.
  • Building meaningful relationships by responding to customer queries in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Exceeding customer service quality goals, adhering to regulations, and meeting productivity targets.
  • Creating exceptional customer experiences that are appreciated and valued.
  • Implementing management instructions responsibly and offering constructive feedback as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Native or advanced German proficiency (C2).
  • Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2, ideally C1) in both written and spoken communication.
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette, attentive listening, and superior writing abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece.
  • Local candidate or willingness to relocate to historic Athens, Greece.
