Your role and responsibilities:
- Report to the LSS Team Lead and support the overall success of the program.
- Educate and inform our client's members (a Silicon Valley digital giant) about available products and services.
- Drive valuable customer experiences while working towards a revenue target.
- Support revenue generation, acquisition efforts, and quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests, promoting and encouraging product usage.
- Consult with customers to optimize their investment in our client's products.
- Drive business growth and contribute to customer success.
What our client is looking for:
- 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales or Account Management ideally
- Native or near native level of German and professional English
- Experience in customer demos, onboarding, support, client management, and relationship building
- Good understanding of the SaaS industry
- Have worked in a SaaS/Tech startup ideally
- Ability to multitask and personalize responses based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer empathy
- Strong phone etiquette, including tone, pacing, grammar, and articulation
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and adapting to new technologies
- Proficiency in English and the language of the supported market
