Your role and responsibilities:

  • Report to the LSS Team Lead and support the overall success of the program.
  • Educate and inform our client's members (a Silicon Valley digital giant) about available products and services.
  • Drive valuable customer experiences while working towards a revenue target.
  • Support revenue generation, acquisition efforts, and quality standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests, promoting and encouraging product usage.
  • Consult with customers to optimize their investment in our client's products.
  • Drive business growth and contribute to customer success.

What our client is looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales or Account Management ideally
  • Native or near native level of German and professional English 
  • Experience in customer demos, onboarding, support, client management, and relationship building 
  • Good understanding of the SaaS industry 
  • Have worked in a SaaS/Tech startup ideally 
  • Ability to multitask and personalize responses based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer empathy
  • Strong phone etiquette, including tone, pacing, grammar, and articulation
  • Comfortable using multiple computer systems and adapting to new technologies
  • Proficiency in English and the language of the supported market
