What will you do?

Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, chat, or a self-service portal.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote access tools.

Track and prioritize IT requests in a service management system.

Utilize internal resources for first-time resolution.

Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams and external service providers.

Guide employees in effectively using systems and devices.
Candidate profile
-
Fluent in German (proficient/bilingual) and advanced in English.

Experience in 1st or 2nd-level IT support, preferably in a large-scale setting.

Strong technical skills with Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and troubleshooting hardware/software.

Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities.

Familiarity with ITSM ticket systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL V4 processes is a plus.

Customer-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Employer offers

Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week): Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Competitive salary: €22,000 gross/year + up to €2,400 gross/year in bonuses.
