Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, providing superior customer support and sales assistance
• Sell and promote cruise packages, including cross-selling and upselling tailored options and associated products
• Offer comprehensive post-booking and booking management support to guests
• Assist travel agents with bookings, inquiries, and management of customer needs
• Provide accurate and helpful information on destinations, ships, travel documentation, pricing, and more

What We Offer:

• Contract: Initial 6-month contract, with potential extensions
• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday (latest finish 19:00, no late- or nightshifts) 
• Compensation: €1,100 per month  x14 + €167 in meal allowances + Up to €120 monthly in Performance Bonus

Requirements:

• Native fluency in German and a minimum B2 level of English
• Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role preferred
• Background in sales, tourism, or travel agencies is an advantage
• Strong digital proficiency and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proven multi-tasking ability and a problem-solving approach
• Residency or intent to relocate to Portugal
