And that they fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

What you will do in this role

• Manage incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
• Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• The Agents should be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They should understand the value of good communication skills
• Problem-solving

Your qualifications

• German (min. C1) and fluent English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
