Your Daily Responsibilities:
Advise and recommend the best packages and plans to meet customer needs.
Answer customer questions about services, products, and functionalities.
Manage billing and customer accounts.
Handle disputes, claims, and customer requests.
Convert service calls into opportunities to promote additional services.
Your Ideal Profile:
Fluent in Dutch at an advanced level.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
Clean criminal record and a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Strong motivation to work in Morocco long-term.
