To strengthen their team, our client is currently looking for a Junior CRM Manager (m/f/d) full-time member with immediate start in a home office in Malta!

This is how you support us:
 
-You design individual, data-driven and high-performing CRM campaigns, which you execute through multiple channels and coordinate via our CRM system
 
-By receiving regular, intensive trainings, you will become an expert of our CRM system, which you will help to develop further
 
-You continuously optimise the customer life cycle strategy including its segments and the campaigns and offers based on them
 
-You monitor relevant KPIs, create data-driven recommendations and visualise as well as present your results
 
-As part of a highly motivated team, you develop new ideas to strengthen customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value
 
-You monitor all existing CRM processes and continuously improve them
 
-You work cross-functionally across departments including but not limited to Marketing, Customer Service, IT and Game Operations
 
-You are in regular contact with our third-party providers, some of whom are English-speaking
 
 
This is how you can amaze us:
 
-You have a degree in business administration, marketing, media and communication or a comparable degree
 
-Alternatively, you have completed a similar apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
 
-Ideally, you already have some practical experience in CRM
 
-You demonstrate strong analytical skills
 
-You are proficient in the MS Office package
 
-You have a structured, and performance-driven mindset and provide excellent time management skills
 
-You are well organised, goal-oriented and love working within a team
