What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with professionalism and friendliness while following established procedures.
• Handle incoming calls as a First Level Agent, offering solutions to customer issues.
• Provide support to private customers and B2B clients, ensuring high-quality service.
• Proactively offer and explain products to enhance the customer journey.
• Ensure all services meet agreed KPIs.
• Listen actively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge and process documentation.
• Take part in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and performance.
• Retrieve and document information accurately in the call tracking database.
• Resolve inquiries with the support of published materials or team resources.
