Role:
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in our guest experience team, providing top-notch support and assistance to Dutch-speaking visitors. Your focus will be on ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking guests, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about park attractions, events, and amenities.
- Assist with ticket purchases, reservations, and itinerary planning for smooth service delivery.
- Address guest feedback and complaints empathetically, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy work environment.
- Stay updated on park policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe experience for all guests.
Requirements:
- Local in Barcelona
- Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Familiarity with computer systems for data entry and reservation management.
- Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus.
Offer Details:
- Salary: €22,000 gross/year
- Bonus: €2,000 gross/year
- Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm in 2 shifts, with two free weekends a month.
- Contract: Permanent, 39 hours a week.
