As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, and grow a portfolio of clients using your sales expertise
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in their journey to adopt advanced cloud technologies
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that meet small and medium-sized business needs through our client’s leading cloud solutions
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
  • Collect customer feedback and relay it to the business — the “Voice of the Customer”

Your qualifications

You’re a great match if you:

  • Are bilingual or proficient in Flemish/Dutch and fluent in English
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success, or relevant experience in sales account or customer management
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

It would be a plus if you:

  • Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions
  • Hold Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or BizApps
