What you will do in this role

As an Engagement Manager on our team, you will:

  • Onboard Independent Software Vendors (ISV) into success, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, opportunities, and setting up engagement expectations.
  • Activate technical consults and Go-To-Market Planning sessions.
  • Manage the pipeline of ISVs through proactive outreach, ensuring they have all the support required to meet their anticipated publication dates.
  • Nurture and activate relationships through regular emails and one-on-one meetings with ISVs, tracking progression towards the next steps.
  • Troubleshoot program-related issues ISVs might face.
  • Promote content, events, programs, and other desired actions.
  • Work in tandem with the ISV Technical Team to support ISVs with activating their technical consultations.

 

Your qualifications

  • Are proficient or bilingual in English.
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, 1+ year of account management experience, and 1+ year of IT industry experience.
  • Possess strong sales skills, are familiar with modern selling techniques, and can establish clear next steps.
  • Can accurately document call outcomes and notes.
  • Have a basic understanding of the target industry and can effectively deliver provided messaging on solutions.
  • Are proficient with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and have experience using a CRM system.
  • Have a baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and transforming the industry.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional business language approach.
