What You’ll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.

  • Work collaboratively within a team to deliver the best possible customer experience.

  • Guide customers through the website and mobile services to help them use our client's products.

  • Resolve customer queries with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Contribute to the team’s growth by sharing knowledge and finding innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with departments such as Player Safety, Responsible Gaming, and CRM to ensure a positive, safe gambling environment.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback and innovative ideas to improve services.

  • Manage both written and verbal communication in English, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong teamwork ethic and ability to work harmoniously with colleagues.

  • Experience in complex problem-solving and handling customer inquiries.

  • Responsible and reliable with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Ideally, at least one year of experience in a customer service role.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • A good understanding of basic technical concepts (e.g., the difference between cookies in browsers and cookies in your kitchen).

  • An interest in learning more about the online gambling industry.
