About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the backbone of the sales process, helping to maintain and grow existing client relationships while also identifying new opportunities. You’ll coordinate appointments, communicate with clients, and assist with sales materials, ensuring smooth operations and business growth.
What You’ll Do:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Coordinate and schedule meetings for account managers to enable personalized client interactions.

Initiate and maintain communication with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and present offers.

Proactively identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Prepare sales materials, update CRM systems, and support the sales team in closing deals.
