Are you fluent in Czech and English? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support? If so, we want you to join our client's team in their brand new offices in Warsaw!
Main Responsibilities:

Communication with customers through online chats, e-mails

Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude toward customers

Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints

Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions

Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
Requirements:

Proficiency in both written and spoken Czech and English.

Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.

Ability to work on shifts (day, late evening shifts, or night)
