Our client develops innovative therapies to treat glaucoma, corneal disorders, and retinal diseases, aiming to improve patient outcomes and advance the standard of care in ophthalmology.
They are now seeking a Spanish-speaking individual (fluent in Spanish, German and English) who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting medical professionals.

What you'll do:
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting with product inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and medical professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle orders, pricing, and customer verifications with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
What our client is looking For:
- No experience? No problem! We’re open to candidates with little to no prior experience.
- Must be fluent in German and Spanish, intermediate English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of ophthalmology is a plus, but not required!
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
