What will you do?
Provide top-tier customer service by managing product inquiries and resolving complaints
Support medical professionals and coordinate with internal teams for service efficiency
Manage customer accounts, orders, pricing, and verification processes accurately
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Candidate profile
Fluent in German and Spanish, with intermediate English skills
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
Open to candidates with little to no prior experience
Interest in healthcare or knowledge of ophthalmology is a plus
