Job description

Leading iGaming operator awarded multiple times, operating multiple brands, in 20+ countries and spread out over 5 continents, is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager!
Your Responsibilities:
  • Building and developing relationships with assigned Affiliate partners
  • Actively searching for - and acquiring of - new Affiliate partners
  • Responsible for overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimizing deals / campaigns.
  • Reaching targets of ROI
  • Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links.
  • Monitoring affiliate daily performance and report any irregularities in traffic.
  • Keeping up to date with any legal changes/ requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant.
  • Attending industry events
Candidate's Profile:
  • The ideal candidate must have at least 3 - 4 years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming Industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, moreover, you enjoy data mining.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO and social media)
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Vast knowledge of the online casino and sport betting industry
  • Strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Solid experience in Tier 1
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Be proactive and motivate others when necessary.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage.
  • Positive and enthusiastic ‘can-do –attitude.’
  • Team players can work independently but like to work with a team.
