What you'll do as a Sport Support Associate:
Handle customer requests regarding a wide range of sports products via phone and chat.
Provide accurate information and maintain detailed case notes.
Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction.
Contribute to reaching individual and team performance targets.
If you:
Have a fluent level of Polish and English.
Are customer service-oriented.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have strong typing and PC skills.
Are analytical and problem-solving oriented.
