What You’ll Do

In this role, you will engage with potential clients and drive business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying & Qualifying Leads – Research and reach out to potential clients, ensuring they meet the BANT criteria.
  • Strategic Outreach – Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo to target key customer segments.
  • Pipeline Management – Progress and update leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Account Collaboration – Work closely with sales account managers and specialists to develop outreach strategies.
  • Campaign Support – Provide feedback to marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in German (proficient/bilingual) and a good command of English.
  • Experience in sales development, lead qualification, or a similar role.
  • Understanding of customer needs and the ability to position solutions effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to handle objections.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
  • At least two years of industry experience at the enterprise level.
