Your role is to help in providing world class customer service via pre-sales and sales live video calls, representing a leader of computer printers and information / imaging related equipment manufacturer.
Thanks to the latest communication technologies, you will be taking planned and unplanned inbound video calls from customers who need assistance in their purchasing process. Your task will be to provide the right advises and close the sale whenever possible.
You will also be the “face” of our brand as you will be creating content for the website and the social media platforms of our client.
Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
- Presenting on public, and internal facing video content
- Capable of presenting products’ features on a video call
- Deliver excellent customer service on each call
- Increase sales conversion rate from query to purchase
- Great product and technical knowledge
- Answer queries efficiently
- Provide market related insights and feedback
- Scriptwriting and translations
- Creating and presenting training content
- Support the contact center team by taking phone calls and chats
- Support for filming tasks as required including potential sporadic out of office hours
Person Specification:
- Comfortable working in front of a camera
- Amazing communication skills
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience
- Experience within technology
- Friendly and have an engaging personality
- Comfortable working in a training and sales environment
- Comfortable demonstrating on a one to one and group basis

What can you expect from us?
- Full time position, 39 hours per week
- Working schedule: Mon. to Fri., 11:00 - 20:00
- Salary: 23.000 Euros gross/year + up to 4.000 Euros gross/year
- Permanent contract
- Full paid training, covering all product knowledge necessary
