What you’ll do

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for IT support, ensuring seamless operations for our client’s employees. Your daily mission includes:

  • First-line IT support: Assist employees via phone, email, chat, or a self-service portal.
  • Problem-solving expert: Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote access.
  • Incident management: Track and prioritize IT requests in a service management system.
  • Knowledge champion: Use internal resources for first-time resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with 2nd-level support teams and external service providers.
  • User assistance: Guide employees in using systems and devices efficiently.

Your skills & superpowers

  • Speak German fluently (proficient/bilingual) and have advanced English skills.
  • Have experience in 1st or 2nd-level IT support, ideally in a large-scale setting.
  • Are tech-savvy, with knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and troubleshooting hardware/software.
  • Love problem-solving and have a keen analytical mindset.
  • Know ITSM ticket systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL V4 processes (a plus!).
  • Are service-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow.
  • Enjoy learning and are open to flexible shifts.
