As a Content Analyst, you’ll evaluate user reports, moderate legal material, and ensure that it aligns with their guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess online content such as review, photos and website's for compliance with legal guidelines.
• Evaluate privacy claims, defamation, fraud and falsification cases based on client policies.
• Stay updated on policies, review content in a set time-frame and ensure quality standards to the highest level.
• Spot emerging patterns, suggest solutions, and escalate cases to different departments.
• Leverage cultural insights and apply market-specific knowledge.

Your profile

• C1 level minimum in German and English.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new processes, concepts, and skills.
• Outcome-driven, self-motivated, and curious.
• Open to working fully onsite.
