Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a B2B Inbound Sales Specialist. In this role, you will primarily handle inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing detailed information about our products or services, and successfully closing sales. Native-level German proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Outreach:

  • Conduct in-depth research to create targeted outreach materials for high-value prospects in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Initiate contact with potential clients by responding to inquiries generated from marketing efforts and conducting warm lead calls, using effective questioning to identify their needs.

Lead Qualification and Management:

  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify them as sales opportunities, moving solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to the appropriate sales personnel, and arranging meetings.
  • Identify high-potential prospective clients and develop an effective engagement strategy.
  • Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.

Customer Engagement:

  • Demonstrate understanding and empathy toward customers, assisting them in effectively using the platform and resolving any issues.
  • Provide comprehensive information on product features, pricing, and payment options while advocating for new products and services through a consultative approach.
  • Follow up with interested prospects who did not immediately convert into sales opportunities, nurturing relationships to create future opportunities.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and other teams to escalate unresolved customer issues and improve targeting and messaging based on insights from customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while sharing feedback on emerging customer trends.

Sales Execution:

  • Execute sales strategies designed by marketing to acquire new customers and enhance product adoption and retention.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from business case development to closing deals, ensuring all interactions are meticulously recorded in the CRM system.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and effectively communicate our value proposition through live demos and presentations.

Training and Compliance:

  • Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet internal service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

  • Consistently update activities and client information in the CRM to support weekly reporting efforts and aid in analyzing customer interactions.

We Would Really Like You to Have:

  • Native-level German and Fluent English (C1 level): Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales environment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Fintech Products: Familiarity with fintech solutions is a plus.
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to excel in dynamic and ambiguous sales settings.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google applications.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs with attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: A team player who contributes actively to department goals.
  • Openness to Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Willingness to learn, grow, and demonstrate honesty and reliability.
  • Empathy and Reassurance: Ability to understand and effectively address customer concerns.
