Your Role
As our Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring The company operates smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with leadership and other assistants, you'll manage tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, travel planning, and event coordination. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will be vital to helping us achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Email Management: Organize and oversee the founders' schedules and inboxes. Prioritize, delegate, and respond to emails to ensure all communications are addressed promptly.
- Problem Solving: Manage a dynamic list of personal and professional tasks, leveraging resources for outsourcing, hiring, and delegation to stay on top of priorities.
- Office & Household Oversight: Oversee daily office operations, liaising with the chef, maid, masseuse, and gardeners to ensure seamless functionality.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- System Creation: Develop and optimize playbooks (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Research: Conduct in-depth research to make informed decisions, particularly for purchases and resource allocation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to maintain strong communication and a transparent, harmonious work environment.
Your Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, or in a similar role.
- A passion for systems, planning, and organization.
- Proficiency with Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and ideally, Notion.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Danish language skills are a plus but not required.
