The Role

As a Dutch-speaking customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for users of cutting-edge medical devices. Your role includes:

  • Assisting Dutch-speaking customers via chat, email, or inbound calls with inquiries about medical devices and healthcare solutions.
  • Providing empathetic, accurate, and timely resolutions to customer concerns while ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Representing a trusted global healthcare brand with professionalism and care.

The Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and intermediate-level English.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to handle sensitive or confidential healthcare-related information with discretion.
