Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent support to Zalando customers via email, phone, and live chat.
Assist customers with after-sales inquiries, including order tracking, returns, and refunds.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Details:
Position: After-Sales Support Specialist
Location: Fully remote from Greece
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM (rotating shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Contract: Permanent
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: €1300 gross/month
Sign-on Bonus: €600 (gross amount)
Relocation Package: Available for those relocating to Greece
Private Health and Life Insurance: With NN
Transportation Allowance: €65 gross/month
Meal Allowance: €85 net/month
Birthday Leave: 1 additional paid day off (after 1 year of service)
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Previous experience in customer support or a related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
