• Flag inappropriate content within specified timeframes and quality standards.
• Spot emerging trends, analyze patterns, and deescalate issues outside set policies.
• Leverage market-specific knowledge to suggest solutions to enhance user support.
• Moderate sensitive content, potentially involving graphic or disturbing material.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be open to shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
