Tasks:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients from the Luminus database
• Active listening to understand client needs and sales opportunities
• Comparing tariffs with other suppliers
• Convincing prospects to become Luminus clients
• Assisting with digital contract signing
• Following up with clients after contract signing
• Proposing/selling other Luminus products and services

Requirements:

• Required diploma: Secondary Education
• Required languages: Dutch (native level, preferably Flemish), English (communication level)
• Basic skills: MS Office, PC skills
• Personal skills: Willingness to learn, motivation to do sales
• Social-communicative competencies: Customer orientation, persuasiveness, listening, good self-expression
• Emotional competencies: Empathy, self-confidence, self-motivation
• Task-oriented competencies: Quality of work (Accuracy), Sales Ability
