What will you do?
Assess videos, images, text, and audio to ensure compliance with community standards
Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines
Moderate comments, posts, and appeals to maintain a respectful space
Label and classify content for improved organization and accessibility
Ensure compliance with legal and platform-specific standards
Document actions taken and report on recurring moderation trends
Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams for complex cases
Support a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Candidate profile
Fluency in English and Czech (written and spoken)
Excellent attention to detail and efficiency in repetitive tasks
Ability to adapt quickly to frequent policy updates
Independence and focus in a structured work environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Resilience in handling sensitive and potentially distressing content
Previous experience in moderation, social media, or a related field is a plus
