"Notice and Takedown" is a procedure executed by online hosts in response to court orders or allegations that content is illegal, primarily concerning defamation and other unlawful online material. This project involves managing the removal of content from the world’s most popular search engine with the "G", which may violate online rights governed by the DMCA. The core responsibility of this role is to assess and act on reported online content. You will be part of a rapidly growing, multilingual team, working closely with internal teams for a leading multinational online company.

Your Role:

  • Review and process incoming privacy requests via online tools.
  • Assess the validity of each request (requests may relate to defamation, fraud, or forgery).
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in policies and protocols.
  • Handle complex privacy cases and regulatory inquiries.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and meet weekly productivity targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in German (minimum C1 level, ideally a native speaker)
  • B2 level in English
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to work precisely, efficiently, and at a high standard
  • Preferably with a legal background or experience in the travel industry
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Capable of reviewing content that may be considered inappropriate or contain sensitive and explicit material
