We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator who will be responsible for keeping the social media world free from non-compliant content. In this role, you will work for the world's largest social media platform and ensure that users have a consistently positive networking experience.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Analyzing and evaluating content according to provided guidelines and standards
  • Identifying and tagging relevant information and features during content review
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and legal regulations
  • Assessing the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content based on predetermined criteria
  • Identifying potential guideline violations and developing appropriate solutions
  • Collaborating with team members to drive continuous improvements in content, processes, and tools
  • Generating reports and statistical analysis on analyzed content

 

Your profile should include:

 

  • Fluent German skills (at least C1 level, ideally native speaker)
  • B2 level English proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to work precisely, efficiently, and at a high level
  • Neutral attitude towards diverse content that needs classification
  • Quick grasp of new processes, concepts, and skills, with adaptability
  • Objectivity and precision in implementing clearly defined guidelines
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
