Your Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient support to Dutch-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, including order management, returns, and other e-commerce-related issues.
- Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
The Ideal Candidate
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1).
- EU Passport or eligibility to work in Greece.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to help customers.
- Willingness to relocate or already residing in Greece.
