Responsibilities
The legal team handles requests for user data from external parties; supporting a high volume of incoming requests pursuant to legal requests from U.S. and/or global law enforcement. This team processes these requests using internal tools based on complex internal policy.
As a Legal Operations Associate, you will process requests coming from law enforcement entities (e.g. Police, law firms) related to user data. This role requires that you be sensitive to user privacy and legal requirements. This is a backoffice position, without direct contact to customers. Your day-to-day routine will include processing, analyzing, and interpreting the language of these requests. This highly repetitive, detailed, procedural role can become tedious, so you need to be the type of person who is genuinely invested in our client’s mission, in quality, in user data rights, and who can stay dedicated and task-oriented amidst the routine.
Your profile
- Polish C2-Native and English fluency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability and willingness to work on data entry tasks
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal stakeholders
- 2 years of data entry, operations, or low-level legal work experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high quality on repetitive tasks and detailed workflows
- Excellent reading comprehension skills and comfort acting independently to follow detailed workflows and escalate if necessary.
