HR Generalist
We are seeking a versatile and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team at our newly established entity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of HR processes and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities (% of Time)
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding and off boarding process for employees, including new hire orientation, exit interviews, and documentation management.
Contracts administration:
- Manage employee contracts and agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and updating employment contracts, amendments, and other related documents.
HR Systems & processes:
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and streamlining HR processes for efficiency.
Leave Management:
- Administer employee leave requests, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of absences, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Medical Insurance:
- Manage employee medical insurance plans, including enrollment and eligibility verification.
Employee Engagement:
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition activities, and team-building events, to foster a positive work culture.
HR Projects:
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, process improvements, and HRIS implementation, to support organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Management Informations Systems:
- Generate HR reports and analyze data related to payroll, employee demographics, turnover, and other HR metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Learning & Development L&D:
- Coordinate training and development activities for employees, including identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and tracking training completion
Qualifications & Requirements
General
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Latvian languages for effective communication with local and global teams.
