Our client is looking for a proactive Publisher Sales Associate for Madrid to strengthen our market presence. If you are passionate about sales, driven by goals, and fascinated by the ever-changing world of online media, this could be the perfect position for you!

Your responsibilities:

  • Acquiring Italian publishers (websites), from the first contact to the deal closing.

  • Building a stable pipeline and prioritizing the most valuable opportunities.

  • Leading the publisher acquisition process in the market in close collaboration with technical, sales, and operational colleagues.

  • Becoming a trusted contact and building strong, mutually beneficial relationships that create long-term loyalty with both potential and existing customers.

  • Maintaining our specially designed CRM tool; updating information about leads and customer interactions.

  • Meeting monthly KPIs and targets.

  • Networking.


Who we are looking for:

  • Native Italian speaker with advanced English skills!

  • Sales enthusiast! Someone who enjoys achieving and exceeding goals and is motivated by office signals and bonuses.

  • Language talent: Fluent in French and high-level English for effective communication with our diverse team and customers.

  • Commercial mindset: You have a keen eye for detail, a talent for turning conversations into positive outcomes, and a passion for digital advertising.

  • Independent innovator: You can work independently, adapt to fast-paced start-up environments, and quickly translate technical features into compelling business benefits.

 

Special qualifications that make you stand out:

  • Sales experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, especially in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Digital media knowledge: Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies like Header Bidding (SSP, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB).

  • Industry network: Established contacts in the German digital publishing sphere, acquired through work at a publishing house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.

  • Experience in a similar role: At a publishing house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.
