Your tasks:
Supporting partners and customers of one of the largest social media platforms in the government, political, non-profit and other interest groups;
Contact via email, chat, as well as outbound calls in consultation with the client to enable faster problem resolution;
Advise, train and support the client by resolving operational, technical, financial and product specific issues;
Identifying potential improvement opportunities and optimisation;
Use a variety of tools (MX Excel, Salesforce);
Collaborate with different departments of the company to enable smooth communication of partners with them.
Candidate profile:
Good knowledge of German (C2 or native speaker);
Upper intermediate level of English (B1);
Service orientated attitude and work ethic;
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
