What will you do?
Interact effectively with customers via calls, emails, or chat in both Dutch and English.
Handle customers’ IT-related complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
Efficiently resolve technical issues.
Record details of customer interactions and actions taken.
Candidate profile
Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1).
Advanced technical knowledge.
Previous experience in customer support.
EU Passport.
Can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
