We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative – Dutch Speaking (all genders) to join a global leader in remote connectivity software in Germany.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing the customer base across the Dutch market by building relationships, identifying client needs, and driving contract negotiations. You will thrive in a dynamic environment that values determination, adaptability, and innovation.

What will you do?
- Establish and grow client relationships via phone, email, and chat with meticulous record-keeping.
- Understand customer needs and motivations, aligning solutions accordingly.
- Drive contract negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for both the customer and the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and support your continuous learning.
- Deliver on and exceed performance targets with a results-driven attitude.
Candidate profile
- Native-level Dutch and English language skills.
- Proven experience in competitive sales environments with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Background in IT or SaaS is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to think strategically and align with organizational goals.
- Strong work ethic and high productivity levels.
