Job Title: French-Speaking Customer Care Agent

Location: Varna, Bulgaria (Hybrid)

Your Role:

As a French-Speaking Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to clients across various communication channels (phone, email, and chat). You will resolve queries related to banking and insurance products, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Assist with general banking and insurance product queries.
  • Guide clients through online banking platforms and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent service.
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and promotions.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (C1/C2 level).
  • Good command of English (B1/B2 level) for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within banking or insurance, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online systems and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
