About the Role:
In this position, you’ll divide your time equally between two exciting projects:
- 50% in the energy market, supporting one of Belgium’s top energy providers to help clients make smarter choices.
- 50% in a premium food product sales project, focused on providing high-quality products for home delivery, ensuring every customer experiences top-tier service.
This mix of projects will keep your day dynamic and engaging, giving you the opportunity to sharpen your sales skills across different industries.
Tasks:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the Luminus and premium food product databases.
- Actively listen to understand client needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Compare energy tariffs with other suppliers and explain the value of high-quality food products.
- Convince prospects to become Luminus clients and purchase premium food products.
- Assist with digital contract signing for both energy services and food products.
- Follow up with clients post-signing to ensure satisfaction.
- Propose and sell additional products and services across both projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma: Secondary Education required.
- Languages: Native Dutch (preferably Flemish), English (communication level).
- Skills: Basic MS Office, good PC skills.
- Personal skills: Sales-driven, eager to learn, and adaptable to different sales environments.
- Social and communicative competences: Customer orientation, persuasiveness, good listening skills, and clear communication.
- Emotional competences: Empathy, confidence, and self-motivation.
- Task-oriented competences: Accuracy, strong sales ability, and drive to achieve targets.
Offer:
- Location: Relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria, with a relocation package included.
- Contract: Labor contract with a competitive salary.
- Bonus: Commission pay for sales performance across both projects.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred, part-time (min 30 hours/week) available.
- Breaks: Paid breaks (2x 15 min) and an unpaid 30 min lunch break.
- KPIs: Sales targets, punctuality, and attendance.
- Training: Two days of theoretical training, followed by hands-on learning on both projects.
